Mostly just here as a placeholder in case it is useful for others to pull the patch.

I believe this should be merged. A fresh install of MSYS2 does require this change in order to compile. So, this change seems reasonable.

+1 for merge--I needed this patch to build teeny_loader_cli.exe. System details:

OS: Windows 10 Pro, build 19043.1645 compiler: gcc.exe (Rev2, Built by MSYS2 project) 12.1.0 target: Teensy 4.0
