I was just going to fix the Mac OS X part of the Makefile but I ended up making a toolchain script, teensify, which I have just included the whole of the teensy_loader_cli in for now. Once I have properly fixed (so that it uses 'uname' to find the operating system) the Makefile for all operating systems I will make another pull request.
