New feature: paste replies

A patch to add the ability to reply to pastes, list replies to a paste,
link to the original, if the paste is a reply, etc.

There is no "thread view" of pastes...maybe this is somewhere that could be
improved (or you stick with the current simple approach).

Try it out and let me know what you think!

Ok, it's pretty good, except there's a lot of repeating. Which is bad.

For example there's a replies controller + view, which are pretty much the 
exact same as the main ones. So I'm 
gonna move some stuff around and see if it can be done without repetition.
