Problem with cyrillic symbols #2441

Overview

When uploading a book with windows-1251 encoding in the about.txt I see this gibberish. Screenshot_20240608-172351

How to reproduce

  1. Upload book with Cyrillic symbols, encoded with windows-1251
  2. Gibberish.
