Ctrl+C - Ctrl+V on activity (problem with outgoing sequence flow) #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Ctrl+C on Activity with outgoing edges
2. Ctrl+V

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

All the outgoing edges (tested on sequence flow) now start from the pasted
activity copy (detached from source activity).

With the port to Ext 2.0.2, the copy and paste plugin was removed until a better
solution for clipboard handling will be implemented.
