Browser independence #63

Users of web applications usually expect it to run at least in IE, FF and
Safari. This enhancement aims at making Oryx browser independant.

Webkit bugs:
 - shapemenu not displayed correctly
 - label of contained task not rendered immediately
 - deletion of dockers
 - pdf export does not work
 - print does not work
 - erdf import does not work
 - pnml export does not work
 - stepthrough
 - check syntax
 - validation
 - aml import
 - epml export/import

opera bugs:
 - crashes when text is rendered
 - blue circle visible while load time
 - svg polyline/polygone not rendered correctly
 - print: xml-interpreter error
 - multiselection of shapes with Ctrl-Key on Mac does not work
 - Apple-Key + Left mouse button causes kind of zoom that destroys the canvas
 - erdf import does not work
 - pnml export: p$x ids?
 - no unsaved data check
 - stepthrough starts but does not react
 - aml import does not work

fixed deletion of dockers.
fixed opera crash when text is rendered.

new opera bug:
 - data object not initialized correctly (possibly because of polyline)

in the team meeting we have discussed that currently noone is really interested 
in
opera/webkit support so that the costs are higher than the benefit. so, it is
scheduled to a later time.
