Conditional plugin loading #79

1. Go to the repository
2. Create a BPMN Process
3. Create a EPC Process

Currently: Both have the same transformation plugins. EPC transformation
fails in the BPMN diagram and BPMN transformation fails in EPC.

Expected: Each process proposes only those plugins which are compatible
with the current stencil set.

Stefan already had a look on this and already proposed a new syntax for the
plugin configuration file.
