Missing middle anchor in petrinet transitions #91

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new petri net
2. Draw a transition
3. With the shape menu, add a new place
4. Examine the starting point of the arc

What is the expected output?
It should be attached to an anchor in the middle of the transition.

What do you see instead?
It is attached to the left.
