Z-ordering intermediate events / activities #92

As-is:
If I first drop an intermediate events onto the canvas, then add an
activity and then I attach the event to the activity the following happens:
The events is rendered below the activity.

To-be:
Upon attachment of the event to the activity it should be placed on top of
the activity.

Fixed in SVN-Rev 628. When a Shape gets attached to another Shape, the attached 
will
setted to the top.
