Thanks a lot for sharing the high quality code, it helps me a lot. But I encountered some trouble in reproducing the 3D_Brain_mri_image_generation_using_VAE.ipynb code. I didn't find the BraTS2021_3D16.npz file and don't know how it was generated. I'm sure it's a small problem for you, but in my opinion it's a big problem. I hope you will help me in your free time to solve this problem and send a sincere thanks.
