Crash after assigning a categorical definition to a variable of a geogrid. #270

Steps:

  1. Right-click on a variable of a Cartesian grid
  2. Choose "Make categorical as" -> category definition
  3. Drag and drop the new categorical variable to the 3D display.
  4. Crash

This does not always happen.

This happens consistently with the Cartesian grid of a geogrid.
