Unable to use without loading jQuery IU - are there any other changes, bug fixes, etc to the 1.1 release ?? #145

** What steps will reproduce the problem?
Unable to use v1.1 w/o loading jQuery UI - an unnecessary step in projects not 
using jQuery UI!

** What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To be able to use v1.1 without the need for jQuery UI or is that the only 
change with this new version? Were there any bug fixes ??

** What is your environment?
-- DropDownCheckList version: 1.1
-- jQuery version: 1.4.2
-- jQuery UI version: none
-- Browser and version: FF 3.6.13 on Mac OSX

** Please provide any additional information below/Please attach sample

Scratch that.. error was on my end.. did not realize that you needed at least 
ui.core to use this ;) please close this ticket
