Drop-down not showing properly if at bottom of the page

** What steps will reproduce the problem?

I added the select at the bottom of the page and when I click on it the 
drop-down will not scroll down to see all the options.  

** What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It should scroll down automatically and not have to do it manually.

I believe DDCL is working as expected.  There is currently no detection of any 
out-of-view conditions, either at the bottom or right edge of the page.
I will add your request to the wishlist to possibly be addressed in a future 
release.
