Both the DEMO and TESTCASE pages have samples of disabled items.  Please look 
at the source behind these pages to answer your question.

actually i want to make enable those options which are disabled on page load 
through jquery on click of other options in other dropdown.in source code of 
demo u made it disable using attribute of option html tag
