Next step in the project of protocol for inverter / charger PS3KVA (PS1 to 10KVA series) communication via RS232

I have tried to read the call from WatchPower programm to my PS3KVA, but it is sure it was non standard call as Modbus, charakters, somethink like in ansi codes like chinese one .. I have tried to call with readed sequence to call my PS3KVA (what seems like the REVO VM3000-24, but it is sure it is not from Sorotec devise) without response. And its protocol seems to be harmfull . I have sent question to Opti-Solar, who producted and offer WatchPower free, for this protocol, but I am waiting for their response , I think forever .. I use only PC with W10, I do not know Linuxes so I cannot use them for this complicated case.
