Currently 1 single DCS can complete annihilate clone users like covid so I propose a "percentage" System meaning a DCS is not guaranteed to capture a clone In my proposal I propose: -small cloning center has a 40% chance to be captured by DCS -medium cloning center has a 55% chance to be captured by DCS -large cloning center has a 70% chance to be captured by DCS

This also makes the possibility to make the dmg+ modifier on DCS increase chances to capture

Drones should maybe have apercentage depending on HP or type like S1 should be more resilient vs M11

Cool idea. But, shouldn't the larger clonning centers be more resistant to capture? Your proposed capture chances don't make sense.
