Visual glitch on Old Starbases.

This isn't much serious than other kinds of bug and glitches submitted here but it is requested to fix for its weird view. Pretty few players are facing this problem with old Starbases being black, this is weird to see a starbase totally black until you put a shield to glow its edges and notice it unless you can't. And it been noticed that it happened with only old Starbases which were owned by you before the update. After Research Starbase update or later versions caused this issue.
