Essentially, three outposts surrounding the starbase from afar can conduct many combat and non-combat functions ranging from fighter support, reinforcements, allied ship repairs, Tech-Mining, Research, Custom Shipyards, etc
Outposts
Combat Outpost: Provides Combat Support, ranging from fighters, and ship reinforcements (Additional Ship respawns/Ability to call in temporary allied Ships at a certain condition automatically)
Modules for Combat Outpost:
Outpost can be armed with two turrets (Both turrets have 180-degree angles)
Small Hangar Bay: Ability to launch both pulse cannon fighters and Repair Drones to assist Ships in need of assistanceReinforcement Beacon: Certain conditions can be set if there are too many enemies or the starbase needs reinforcements after a certain threshold is met health-wise
Modules for Shipyard:
Armed with one turret and A large Fighter bay slot
Repairyard: Provides Repairs in an AOE field for allied ships, Allied ships will go to a shipyard for repairs if they are low on health
Shipyard: Allows the player to build ships for Reinforcement beacon
(Reinforcements are defined by built ships from the shipyard per battle, if none, then pick random ships ranging from a maximum of Destroyer class ships)

Armed with one Central turret
Tech Mining: Provides a small income of blueprints in exchange for credits
Research bay: Allows for Improvement of ships
Engineering bay: Can build inbuilt systems for starbases and outposts
