[Enhancement] Creative mode #245

When starting new save game will suggest you normal and creative mod Normal is just game without any additions or stuff

Creative is game but player has unlimited access to all modules and ships and instead of player perks there's menu that allows to set exact number of boosted damage/health/shield/resistance etc etc; Also when some ship is added to the player fleet there can be third button which allows to delete ship with the build it had; Player will also have access to all the resources that are in game but set by default to 0 so game count it like they're not in players inventory(on their more info menu there's + and - buttons which obviously increases and decreases amount of that resource) It is better be possible to turn that mode on and off in database so when its on the game will give you choice what mode to start and if set to off it will just start new game here and now Could be useful in mod testing and just to let player have some bit of fun

You can do most of this with a couple of Quests already

Not everybody is so advanced with quests and would you like always be rejoining the game just to change some loot in quest to give it to yourself? I don't think so Not like its gonna do any big changes to already existing mods and stuff(if "creative mode" will be turned off by standard) Having this instead of doing quests all the time is much more helpful in at least my personal opinion
