  1. Shield capacitor forced charging system. After activation, the device consumes a certain amount of energy and instantly replenishes the ship's X% total shield value+Y point shield value after activation. The effect of supplementing shields will ignore the cooldown of shield charging. The device enters cooldown after activation.
  2. Protective backup battery. The device instantly charges X% of the total energy value and Y point energy to the spacecraft after activation, and the spacecraft will not be affected by the EMP effect for a short period of time. The device cools down after activation. This device can effectively resist the continuous control effect of EMP on ships.
  3. Reactor overload system. After use, the enegy charging speed of the ship will increase by X% for a period of time, but after this period, the charging speed of the vessel will decrease by Y% for a period of time.

2 of your devices seem to just consume one resource to replenish or boost another, I think I have some ideas for a more general system, I may do an RFC later

When consuming a certain resource, this process can be set to be completed instantly or continuously, and when supplementing or enhancing another resource, it can also be set to be completed instantly or continuously. I think this can enrich the customization capabilities of related devices. These abilities that have been improved over a period of time can even include attack power, shooting speed, and so on.
