Noticed it on Doomstar xx in quick battle.
Nothing was using energy, but while the DR was kept fully charged, the energy was periodically deducted and refilled.
This can possibly be the stealth device trying to auto-activate while a weapon is active instead of waiting for all weapons to deactivate before starting the countdown until activation.
