Component description is broken if you have advanced and obsolete ammo with same ID #89

Stats become like on screenshot, no matter if you have description of component or not, if there is obsolete and advanced ammo IDs overlap, which is useful in some scenarios, untill we get a way to recreate obsolete ammo behaviour on advanced one
