Destroyed ships in planet exploration #90

  1. Scale is too large - artifact from older exploration
  2. Any ship (even those not supposed to appear, e.g. ShipCategory: 3 ) can appear

Ship size can hardly be considered as a bug, more of a design choice to make them more visible on exploration. I will see what I can do about category issues tho
