term-based links to the browser don't check the boxes of the selected term (Minor) #90

I noticed that if I follow the link here: https://gemma.msl.ubc.ca/expressionExperiment/showExpressionExperiment.html?id=32133

To the experiment tag for the gene Gper1: https://gemma.msl.ubc.ca/browse/#/q/http%3A%2F%2Fpurl.org%2Fcommons%2Frecord%2Fncbi_gene%2F76854

The correct results are shown, but somewhat confusingly, the corresponding term in the navigation area isn't shown, nor is it "checked" - in the image below I opened the annotations for Genotype.

This is a minor issue but would make the behaviour more logical to check the terms that were matched by the query, and make it so it is shown "open"?

That's because the filtering is performed by prefilling the search query.

We need to add support for passing an ontology term in the fragment to pre-populate selected annotations.
