This replaces URIs displayed in the filter description with labels when possible. However, currently it is not possible to access these labels unless the label is actively used for a dataset due to the way annotations/search endpoint works.
It might be reasonable to remove URIs that do not show up in the database at all since whether or not they were searched for is less relevant
