Hide internal terms and relations in FV stringification #1027

We should never render DE include/exclude terms or baseline indicators in the FV stringification.

For example, the "has role control" part can be omitted because FVs that have this are also marked as baseline.

@ppavlidis are statements containing DE_Include/Exclude relevant for the REST API? I saw some of those in Ogan's presentation.
