Test cases for single cell data loading #1221

The @PavlidisLab/curation team compiled a list of single-cell experiments that need special treatment on import. We can convert those into test cases.

Bulk/single-cell mix

Contains a mixture of bulk and sc RNA-Seq. We already have the bulk part in Gemma, so this is about testing the ability to split experiments on import.

Species mix

Continuous factors

I'll skip GSE208742 for now because it confuses the downloader since it has MEX data in its series and samples (see #1232).
