Set lastUpdated to date of creation if no updates present #1231

Currently datasets do not have any information about their creation date and if they are not updated since creation, we get no dates at all.

It might be worth for this to have it's own field but setting the lastUpdated would be a quick replacement

Let me see if we can instead expose the date a dataset was imported into Gemma.
