Drop Gemma Groovy Support #1256

It's not providing value and slows down the build. Tools can be implemented in Groovy on top of the existing Gemma CLI module.

I'll replace this with an example module in a separate repository.

Or maybe by adding Groovy support to GemmaAnalysis.
