Separate mouse and human chromosome terms #11

We should also consider whether we can dispense with this entirely.

The use cases tend to be referring to chromosome abnormalities, many of which are now supported by ontologies like MONDO.

When the abnormality is in mouse (e.g. trisomy 16 is a model of human trisomy 21) if there is no alternative we can create a term for that specifically, following the model in MONDO.

We have a total of about 100 uses of these terms in Gemma
