[Bug] Once New Wallpaper Found on Poll, Client Continiously Sets the Wallpaper Even When No Change #1

The screenshot above is the output when the wallpaper was changed just one time from the initial setting.

Set the oldWallpaperUrl variable to the current wallpaperUrl value when a new wallpaper is set.
