DB/moduser.php does not exist

Set up Db as the login type.

Log in as admin to management.php

Go to users

Add a new user

Select user in dropdown and press "Modify User"

Result:
The requested URL /library/Xerte/Authentication/Db/moduser.php was not found on 
this server.

No moduser.php exists anywhere I can find.

Is there any one experiencing this error, I do require to update an user's 
password, but neither the Modify user nor Change Password options work.

I have tried to update the password directly on the database using the md5 
function but it does not work. How Can I update the password directly in the 
database.
