Resolves #7, #8, #9.

Key changes:

general restructuring of the code eliminating the interdependence between the Mesh and Building Components
generalization of the way in which the model is built (all objects added by the methods AddBar, AddMaterial, AddLoad etc.)
removal of ParentMesh & ParentComponent properties
introduction of an IndexedCollection class & removal of public lists
