Starting image (splash bitmap) does not appear in installation on Windows XP #19

For some reason Splash bitmap named "computator.gif" does not appear when installing on Windows XP even thought it is in correct format. This issue only exist on Windows XP.

Normal situation:

On Windows XP:

The problem also occurs on Windows Vista SP2

This one is no longer valid as we moved from InstallShield to Wix.
