Carpet Bombing - Only first aircraft in group releases bombs #636

Spawned group of 4 B-1s and instructed them to carpet bomb a place. Only the first bomber released its bombs. Tested with B-52s, only first bomber released its bombs.

Spawned 4 separate B-1s, and instructed them separately to carpet bomb a spot, they all released their bombs.

Further testing - spawn 4 jets separately, shift-select all 4 of them, then tell them to carpet bomb, they all bomb that spot
