SW_E and SW_D hardware is switched #25

SW_E and SW_D are switched on v3 hardware. The buttons and associated caps/resistors are switched.

Fixed. Nothing physically changed in the hardware. I changed the names on the schematic to reflect the layout. Things are still correct in terms of boot pins. BOOT0 is held low while BOOT1 is held high, thought he state of BOOT1 doesn't matter in normal operation.
