Check high speed lines for any signal integrity issues (primarily overshoot and undershoot). No serial termination resistors (or other slew rate control schemes) exist in the current design. This may not be an issue, but it should be looked at. Critical lines to look at would be any clock or control signals that rely on edge sensing (e.g. LCD, SD Card, and SPI).
