PCB top edge widening #137

Make the top edge a bit wider. We are making a new top panel, so we don't need to consider interfering with the T400 top panel. screen shot 2017-01-28 at 13 14 18

This will lock the top panel, PCB, and modules together. This should also allow the RESET switch to move up closer to the top panel.
