MEMS oscillator #3

I put a 16 MHz MEMS oscillator on the board instead of a crystal. This is a much smaller package. Confirm it is connected properly. See http://community.paxinstruments.com/t/pax-instruments-multilogger/167 e257b95d9e1252cfe207bff01b8264d8ba0e0821 Confirm the MEMS oscillator is connected correctly. Output is enabled when TRI is HIGH or high impedance.

What does the MCU OSC_OUT actually do?
