Cortex pin 1 indicator #90

Add a pin 1 indicator to the Cortex header footprint. LabWiz v0.3 has it directly on the board, so that would have to be removed.

I made a leg on the doc layer a little longer. This does not affect the silkscreen, but makes it easier to identify pin 1 while laying out the board. screen shot 2017-01-24 at 13 14 09
