Top edge extension #97

Extend the top edge of the PCB into the top panel on the left and right. This would be where the RESET button is located. Add ribs on the top panel that grab the PCB edge. This will help keep the LabWiz PCB, module, and top panel connected well.

I think we can extend it by 2.5 mm 2.75 mm wide (~ 108 mil).
