USB cable version #13

Make a version that uses a USB cable. The T100 does not use a cable (https://github.com/PaxInstruments/t100-electronics/issues/2). This would be the a different device. Maybe this device and the T100 can use the same PCB.

Not implementing on the T100. Maybe a T101. People can use a USB extension cable if they really need this functionality.

Maybe there's a way to get both footprints on the same PCB. That would make this option viable. Reopening and moving to milestone Electronics version :-)
