We should have test pads such that each device can be flashed over ICSP and USB from a text jig. The SMD ICSP header on the bottom should be good. We should add pads for the USB connection. Maybe the i2c lines, so the text jig can test communication with the MCP9800 and ADC. Maybe pads for the thermocouple connector, so we can input a known voltage and see if we get the correct measured value.
