We should have documentation for flashing the bootloader and firmware to the T100. This will be helpful for newcomers to the project. Something simple in README.md should be sufficient.

I successfully flashed firmware by following the instruction and using make iterate. I've added a step for changing the permissions, so micronucleus can be executed. Closing issue.
