T100 GUI #10

It would be nice to have a very simple GUI for the T100. To stay very cross platform, we should use QT Creator. This also makes the build environment very easy to setup.

Here is a quick mockup of a window that just lists the connected devices and their temperature. screen shot 2015-01-02 at 15 49 32

Maybe in the future it can also connect to the T400 (https://github.com/PaxInstruments/t100-software/issues/9) and other devices.

This looks implemented in the T100 Basic Listener application. Closing issue.
