Rename software #35

The USB dongle sensors are called "LabSticks" and the software should renamed to "LabStick Viewer".

What should be the specific name for the T100 software? Should it be "Thermocouple LabStick Viewer" ?

Let's say this is the long 'title' name, how about the single word short application name?

Change the name to "LabSticks Viewer". I hope to find a developer to write software to support more than one type of LabStick before we release another type. If you need a short single word, I'd like to use "LabSticks". I think this would work well in a menu and other places.

I changed LabStick to LabSticks just because I have the labsticks.com domain.
