LCD cable connector #105

We are changing the LCD cable from 0.5 mm pin pitch to 1.0 mm pin pitch. The appropriate connector should be placed on the board. See https://github.com/PaxInstruments/t400-electronics/issues/96

We need to update the connector on the PCB. It should probably be one of these.

I'm removing this from the Electronics version 0.10 milestone. In a few weeks we'll have four samples. If we design around the 1.0 mm pitch, we are limiting ourselves to having no more than four assembled boards. I'd rather be safe and design around the original 0.5 mm pitch for Electronics version 0.10 and cave the 1.0 mm pitch connector for a future version.

I tested that samples today and everything works fine. It does seem like the contrast is a little different though.

If the contrast will not be consistent across all LCDs, we may need to have user-configurable contrast (https://github.com/PaxInstruments/t400-firmware/issues/139).

We have four samples of the new LCDs, so we'll have them for Electronics version 0.10. Moving to the Electronics version 0.10 milestone.
