GND test hook solder mask #106

As I was verifying the PCB updates I noticed there is a soldermask stop on the bottom, but not on the top. We need a stop of both sides for soldering, right? I think so because we're using tented vias. Also, is the stop big enough?

Noted, I update the library for this component.

All test point will have Soldermask Stop on both side.. image
