Temperature jump #210

Sometimes the temperature reading jumps up a few dozen to a few hundred degrees. This seems to happen when plugging or unplugging the thermocouple.

Just use a low pass filter in software or disable the input for x time when it is detected.

I'm going to dump this in the ice box. Will not fix in the shipped version since it does not affect normal operation.
