Add jumper for current testing #29

Add a jumper inline with the battery to measure the current. This should normally be shorted with a trace that can be cut. The jumper can then be bridged with a solder blob.

Maybe a surface mount two pin header? Just the older pads of the regular jumper should be enough. A glob of solder can be easily globed on to bridge the cut.
